General

The View Brighton reserves the right to update our terms and conditions at any time.

Definitions

‘Group Booking’ is when a booking has 4 or more people.

‘Website’ is www.theviewbrighton.co.uk.

‘We’ – The View Brighton.

‘You’, ‘Your’ – The customer.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices may vary. To reserve a booking via our website, you will pay a deposit through PayPal. This deposit is non-refundable. For group bookings we require you to ring up and pay the remaining balance 7 days before arrival. We can be flexible with arrival times providing you contact the grapevine and arrange for a late check in. If you arrive outside our check in hours without making arrangements with the view brighton, we reserve the right to deny entry.

Identification

We require valid photo identification (passport, driving licence or student card) to be presented upon check in. We reserve the right to make a copy of your identification. Without a valid photo identification your booking will be cancelled.

Security Deposit

We require a £20 per person security deposit upon check in. This will cover the cost of any lost keys, damage to the grapevine and professional cleaning costs. The security deposit can be pre-authorised on a card or paid in cash.

Smoking

It is against the law to smoke anywhere inside the view brighton. Anyone caught smoking inside will be asked to leave and no refund given.

Cancellations.

We have a 21 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking up to 21 days before arrival you will lose any deposit paid to secure your booking and will not be charged further. In order to cancel your booking, you are required to email us at stay@theviewbrighton.co.uk confirming your booking cancellation. If you cancel your booking within the 21 days leading to arrival, you are required to pay the full balance if your booking has not been resold. Upon receipt of the cancellation email, we will put the beds/rooms you have booked back for resale. You will not be charged if the beds are resold.

Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable. The decision to issue a refund is at the discretion of the management.
