Situated between both piers, our seafront location allows you to experience all Brighton has to offer. Most of our rooms have sea views and all have ensuite bathrooms. Experience waking up to sunrise over Brighton beach with our seaview rooms. Our rooms are basic and include tea/coffee making facilities. We offer budget style accommodation, amazing sea views, great location at a fraction of the cost of other hotels/airbnbs.

Due to the central beachfront location, the weekend night life can be rather lively. For those light sleepers, it's advisable to stay on the outskirts of Brighton. If your looking to embrace the Brighton lifestyle throughout your stay, we are located in front of the beach, surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. No need for taxis but if you do, we are located near a taxi rank of which it can be noisier than in other properties that have not got such a central location.
